Sona yani neend lena hamari body ki ek jaruri kriya hai. Jaise body ko khane ki jarurat hoti hai vese hi sone ki bhi hoti hai lekin vastushastra ke anusaar galat tarike se sone se na sirf aapki health bigadti hai balki aapko negativity, badluck jaisi aur bhi kai tarah ki samsyae gher leti hai.
Hum aapko batayenge ki vastu ke anusaar sone ka sahi tarika kya hai aur kis direction me sona chahiye.

1) Dakshin disha ki taraf sir karke sona achha

Sote time dakshin disha (South) ki taraf sir karke sona achha rahta hai. Jab aap dakshin ki side sir karke sote hai to aapke per uttar disha (North) ki side honge, to sote samay isi tarah se per or sir ki side honi chahiye. Esa karne se aapki umar(age) badhti hai, aapki health se judi problems thik ho jaati hai or body humesha fit rahti hai. Aapka blood circulation bhi thik rahta hai.

2) Uttar disha me sir kar ke sone se nuksaan

Vastu ke anusaar dashin disha ke opposite uttar disha me sir kar ke sona bilkul thik nahi hota hai. Is se bure sapne bhi aate hai. Pruthvi me ek chumbkiya shakti ( megnatic energy) hoti hai. Dakshin se uttar disha ki taraf ye chumbkiya shakti bahti hai. Agar hum dakshin ki side sir kar ke sote hai to ye energy humare sir se pravesh kar ke pairo se bahar nikal jati hai. Jis se hum body me tazgi or furti feel karte hai.

3) Purva disha ki side sir karke sona bhi faydemand

Aap purva disha (East) ki side sir karke bhi so sakte hai, kyonki surya ko hum devta maante hai or surya ke bina jeevan sambhav nahi hai isliye surya nikalne ki disha yani purva ki or per karke sona kharab mana gaya hai jabki purva ki tarf sir rakhna achha hota hai.

4) Pashchim disha me na sir kar ke soye na pair

Vastu ke anusaar agar aap pashchim disha (West) me sir kar ke sote hai to aapki tabiyat thik nahi rahti hai or bure vichaar aate hai, neend bhi thik se nahi aa paati. Agar koi pashchim ki or pair kar ke sota hai to vo maansik roop se bimaar rahta hai.

5) Bayi(left) side karvat karke sona behtar

Bayi side karvat karke sona bahut laabhkari hota hai. Humari naak se jo saans bahar nikalti hai or andar aati hai use swar kaha jata hai. Naak ke baye ched se saans lene or chodne ki kriya ko chandra swar kahte hai, isi tarah daayi or ka surya swar hota hai. Surya swar hamari body mai garmi or energy paida karta hai. Is se hamara khana bhi jaldi pach jata hai. Isliye bayi tarf karvat karke sona achha mana gaya hai.

6) Bed ke beech me koi electronic chiz nahi

Aapke bed ke beech me koi pankha, lamp ya or koi electronic chiz nahi rakhi honi chahiye. warna aapki health kharab hoti hai.

7) Ghadi left ya right side lagaye

Ghadi (watch) ko humesha bed ke daayi ya baayi tarf lagana hi achha hota hai. Kabhi bhi ghadi ko bed ke piche ya sir ke niche rakh ke nahi sona chahiye. Ghadi ko bed ke samne bhi nahi lagana chahiye varna aap hamesha tension me rahenge or man ashant rahega.

8) Bedroom me konsi photos na lagaye

Apne bedroom me mandiro ki ya apne purvajo ki tasvire nahi rakhni chahiye. Iske alava bedroom me yudh wale, daravne or khatarnak jaanvaro ke chitra lagana bhi ashubh rahta hai. Room me simple or sundar se chitra lagana shubh hota hai.

9) Bedroom me gulabi light

Bedroom me halke gulabi rang ki light lagi honi chahiye. Jis se aapas ke matbhed door hote hai or pyaar bana rahta hai.

10) Simple design ki bedsheet

Apne bed par simple design ki bedsheet bichaye. Bahut zyada rang birangi or design wali bedsheet bichana achha nahi mana jata hai.

11) Sandhya ke samay na soye

Kabhi bhi sandhya ke samay nahi sona chahiye kyonki ye godhuli ka samay hota hai or is time pooja paath karte hai, to ese samay par sona ashubh hota hai.
